Base pay plus 15% repeat commission on sales. Minimum earnings of $50,000.00/yr with target earnings between $70,000/yr to $120,000/yr+. Our most successful reps earn $80,000 to $120k per year only working 35 hours per week. Earnings are based on 15% commission on all sales plus a base of $30K per year.
In this role you will be driving sales and revenue growth for our company by promoting and selling our technical products and services to prospective clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact between our organization and potential customers, understanding their needs, providing technical expertise, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. This position requires a strong blend of sales skills and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching and prospecting potential clients, generating sales through cold calling, virtual meetings.
- Initiate thorough conversations with prospects to identify their needs and provide technical expertise and guidance on our products and services to address those specific needs.
- Present and demonstrate our technical products and services to clients, highlighting key features and benefits, and articulating how they can address customer challenges and improve their business operations.
- Collaborate with our directors and technology experts to develop and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations that align with customer needs and requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and secure new business opportunities, while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively identify opportunities for product enhancements or new offerings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through effective pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and regular reporting on sales activities, opportunities, and results.
