KPS Life is looking for an energetic inside sales professional to work closely with the rest of our Marketing and Business Development Team to help us to continue to grow.
As a stand-alone Functional Service Provider (FSP) focused exclusively on clinical research, we pride ourselves on white-glove service, flexibility, and Sponsor-first thinking. What You'll Do
Conduct LinkedIn outreach using tools like GlobalData and Sales Navigator
Perform strategic account profiling based on R&D, pipeline, and location
Coordinate prospect briefings and support pre-conference strategy
Maintain CRM data integrity and assist with reporting
Participate in weekly 1:1s with BD Directors for account updates and planning
Develop sales enablement tools such as one-pagers, email templates, and campaign content
Log and track outreach performance metrics
Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cold calls, and emails
Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients and sourcing initiatives
Identify, qualify, and route new business leads to the appropriate sales executives
Support sales activities and planning within designated territories
Stay informed on customer demand, strategies, and brand awareness
Assist with sales presentations and RFP activities (e.g., data mining, market research, formatting)
Leverage CRM to bundle candidates and support targeted outreach in key therapeutic areas
Lead pre-conference outreach and coordinate strategy with BD Directors
Keep sales materials updated, including databases, pricing documents, and graphics
Maintain lead database and ensure accurate tracking of all inside sales activity
Support the proposal team to meet submission deadlines

- Bachelor's degree in business or science
- Minimum of 3+ years' life sciences experience (preferred)
- Previous sales/inside sales role (preferred)
- Excellent writing and verbal skills
- Professional appearance and presence
