At Anden, you will join a community of passionate people who are focused on delivering a superb product. Currently, our team is seeking a technically-minded and motivated Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative.

Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days from home after training has been completed.
Shift: Monday-Friday 1st shift (ideal candidate will work 9am-6pm CST or a similar schedule with some flexibility on start time
if needed), no weekends
Responsibilities

As a key point of contact for cultivators and distributors in the Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) industry, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, product selection, and technical guidance across our dehumidification products.
  • Serve as the frontline for resolving customer issues by actively listening, clarifying concerns, identifying root causes, recommending effective solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up to confirm resolution.
  • Provide product and technical support through inbound/outbound phone calls and email in a call center environment.
  • Respond to inquiries related to product selection, order processing, shipping status, pricing, installation, and post-sale troubleshooting.
  • Assist customers in identifying the right solutions for their needs by leveraging a strong understanding of product specifications, industry regulations, and business goals.
  • Proactively manage email queues and prioritize incoming communication to ensure timely responses to both technical and general product questions.
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay current on existing and new product offerings, training materials, and departmental procedures through both formal and self-directed learning.
  • Read and retain technical documentation such as owner's manuals, installation guides, and training content to support customer interactions.
  • Follow established department processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
