Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming quote requests and analyze sales data to support pricing decisions
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, and other communication channels
Review customer specifications, terms, and applications-coordinating with Engineering or Marketing for clarification when needed
Provide timely and accurate quotes, typically within 24 hours of request
Process customer orders and confirm receipt within 48 hours
Handle customer returns and claims efficiently, initiating corrective actions when necessary
Collaborate cross-functionally with Shipping, Scheduling, Quality, Manufacturing, Credit, Finance, Engineering, and Product Management to meet customer needs and ensure accurate, on-time delivery
