Role Description
This is a Full time role for an Account Manager located in Phoenix, AZ, with some remote work flexibility. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing personalized consultations, managing orders and returns, and collaborating with the sales and engineering teams to deliver custom solutions.
Qualifications
'specific Responsibilities:
- Growth of Sales: Through assigned accounts, leads, and prospecting, leading to RFQ opportunities, follow-up, and winning new business.
- Client Accounts: Customer check-in calls to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with CasterDepot, addressing the quality of our companys relationship and partnering with them to understand their evolving needs as per KPIs.
- Ideal Customer Development: Understand current customers/Industry Verticals, and how they use our products. Use that customer model to associate and relate to companies that are not currently customers, and to use that insight to grow the customer account base.
- Professional Communication with Clients, Prospects, and Internal Support Team.
- Emails, phone, out-of-office notifications, etc.
- Working with Outside Sales, Customer Service, and Product Management as a Team to grow Territory/Branch business
- Communicate clearly and promptly with the CasterDepot team.
- Identify issues with potential leads, prospects, inactive accounts, existing accounts, etc.
- Current and upcoming product issues
- Participate in Sales Meetings and Product Information Meetings as needed.
- Maintain company property (Phone, Computer, etc) and Proprietary Information.
- Ongoing Development of Caster and Wheel Product Knowledge and Application by:
- Use of internal product knowledge learning tools
- Participation in Caster product training with the Product Manager
- Teamwork with CasterDepot sales team for ongoing product/application development
- Relationship with Suppliers on New and Existing Products as to use and application
- Use of Supplier Contact List/Key Contacts for Quotes
- Travel: As needed for local key customer meetings, opportunities, and issue resolution
- Branch Office Support: Participation in walk-in business sales, daily operations, office paperwork, cash management, organization, inventory analysis, and cleanliness.
- Assist in year-end physical inventories as requested
