About the job Inside Sales Account Manager

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, generating new sales opportunities, and supporting the growth of our managed IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales activities to meet revenue goals
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inside sales or account management, preferably in the IT or MSP industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of MSP services and solutions
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, and IT infrastructure is a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products and services
