Inside Sales Account Manager - Gainesville, FL Our client is a well-established manufacturing company in search of a professional salesperson to join their team. This role is for one of the best building supply companies in the Gainesville market.
You will be responsible for seeking out new multifamily construction customers, coordinating and delivering quotes, following up and closing sales, coordinating with engineering and operations to ensure the customer requirements are met, and acting as the liaison for customer post sale on any needs or concerns.
Salary Range: $50-$100k base (flexible/based on experience) + UNCAPPED COMMISSION + Benefits + Other Perks
Responsibilities: - Seek out multifamily construction projects and secure opportunities to bid the trusses.
- Work with internal teams to ensure accurate bids are submitted in a timely manner.
- Work with Owners, Contractors, and Framers to ensure they buy trusses from us.
- Communicate regularly with customers to lead communications with other internal teams and coordinate all post sale needs to include but not limited to engineering requirements, RFIs, deliveries, post-delivery concerns, repairs, future work.
- Stay current on trends in multifamily construction.
- Stay current on trends in truss manufacturing and installation.
- Visit customers, job sites, and potential customers on a regular basis.
Requirements: - Experience in multifamily construction
- Experience selling in construction field
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of wood framing
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Ability to do take-offs on construction materials
