Prestigious commercial real estate firm is looking for an Inside Membership Sales representative to focus on optimizing Sales while collaborating with Operations/Hospitality, Marketing, and Finance teams to successfully hit revenue and occupancy goals, execute recruitment and brand awareness initiatives, maintain smooth SOPs, and build genuine relationships with our members and local partners.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inbound Sales + Retention Management (Primarily On-Site, Occasional Offsite)
  • Demonstrate an enthusiasm to both generate new business and capitalize on retention.
  • Steer the inbound sales process from moment of interest to successful Agreement signing.
  • Provide front desk support: answer front desk phone, greet guests, provide notary services, book conference rooms, receive packages, notify members of guests/deliveries, validate parking, etc.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for inbound leads (inquiries, third-party sites, broker requests, etc), ensuring they visit to tour.
  • Maintain sales data in company CRM and other channels as needed to optimize reporting.
  • Handle negotiations throughout the sales process, with successful closing rate.
  • Issue License Agreements in an accurate and detail-oriented fashion.
  • Own the full onboarding process of new members: Agreement issuing, office inspection/prep, administrative onboarding, communications, and logistical components.
  • Lead the execution of current-member expansion and renewal contracts and associated rates or negotiations.
  • Manage all public conference room and day office bookings (before and day-of).
  • Own the entire process of any event bookings with members and general public to increase location revenue.
  • Build relationships with local brokers to generate additional business, as needed.
  • Conduct monthly bill run reviews to ensure accuracy of invoices pertaining to signed contracts, membership plans, ongoing membership adjustments, ad hoc one-time fees, etc.
  • Explore and secure local on-brand, value-add partnerships to generate additional "perks" of the companies space membership, as both a selling and retention tool (i.e, country clubs, spas, retailers, restaurants, nice hotels, fitness centers, etc).
  • Work with Marketing team to push current campaign endeavors and reviews/PR initiatives, and generate new ideas to expand prospect pools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience
