We are currently looking for an Inside Customer Support Representative in Cedar Falls, IA. This is a customer service focused role.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide legendary customer service
  • Identify customer needs and provide solution based support
  • Maintain a consistent and positive image when interacting with customers
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills when interacting with customers through multiple communication channels such as phone, email and chat.
  • Demonstrate patience and problem-solving abilities in customer interactions
Serve as a vital link between customers and departments
  • Advise customers of all changes affecting orders
  • Assess the needs of customers and engage the proper team member to meet expectations
  • Participate in trainings to remain knowledgeable on product offerings, industry updates, and internal processes
  • Understand how different departments interconnect and contribute to overall customer satisfaction
Engage in customer care and departmental goals
  • Be willing to assist team members as needed, even on tasks outside their primary responsibilities
  • Adapt readily to changing team dynamics and workloads
  • Collaborate efficiently with different departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Go the extra mile for the customer while balancing what is profitable for the organization
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Ability to maintain focus and productivity while working at a computer workstation for prolonged periods
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

This position offers the opportunity for hybrid office/remote work after 90 days.
