Inpatient RN NICU CC

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to provide patient-centered care in a pediatric setting.
•  Responsible for managing a group of patients, assessing conditions, and implementing nursing plans.
•  Functions as charge nurse when needed, ensuring safety and compliance with policies.
•  Participates in quality improvement, team collaboration, and staff development.
•  Must have a valid Texas RN license, BLS, NRP certifications, and pediatric experience preferred.
•  Additional certifications like RNC-NIC or CCRN within two years are required.
