Inpatient Registered Nurse

This RN position involves comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, administering medications, and providing direct mental health care.

•  Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment and monitor progress.

•  Educates patients and families on mental health, medications, and resources.

•  Implements and evaluates nursing interventions, directing staff and ensuring safety.

•  Maintains documentation, adheres to professional standards, and supports therapeutic group activities.

•  Requires AZ RN license, 2+ years psychiatric experience preferred, CPR/CPI cert, and ability to respond to crises.

•  Fosters diversity, accountability, and ethical practice while meeting physical and working demands.
