The Inpatient OT/PT Manager is a member of the Core leadership for Mt. Ascutney's Acute Rehab program (CARF Accredited) and Acute/Swing Units. This is a full time role with the key focus of overseeing a team of dynamic OT and PT, supporting their education and quality of care, as well supporting quality initiatives throughout the hospital. There are innumerable opportunities for growth. Provides direct patient care in appropriate clinical area. Acts as Supervisor for OT/PT staff, participates in the quality improvement program, develops and implements new programs under direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Services. Acts as resource person to other hospital departments and outside agencies, facilitates in-service training and continuing education for OT/PT staff.
Bachelor or Master's Degree, in Occupational Therapy or Bachelor, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy with professional certification and/or State license as required by the Department.
Minimum three years as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist with both clinical and supervisory experience
