The Pharmacy Manager oversees daily operations in their practice area, developing and maintaining policies and procedures. They coordinate workflow, participate in planning for effectiveness and quality, and train pharmacists, technicians, and students. Responsibilities include managing Human Resources documentation for direct reports and participating in administrative call rotation, along with fulfilling duties of a Clinical Staff Pharmacist.
EDUCATION: BS in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. from an accredited school; South Carolina pharmacy licensure required.
EXPERIENCE: Preferred hospital and management experience.
