Inpatient Nurse Float Pool

Seeking a Float Pool Clinical RN to provide care across multiple sites, including Med/Surg departments and skilled care.
•  Shift options include day or night, with every 4th weekend rotation and shift differentials.
•  Responsibilities involve assessing patient needs, developing care plans, collaborating with interprofessional teams, and ensuring high-quality, culturally sensitive care.
•  Must hold current Wisconsin RN licensure, BLS certification, and ACLS for critical access hospitals.
•  Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs and exposure to potential hazards and infectious agents.
•  Work environment involves frequent use of medical equipment and computers, with exposure to sharp objects and communicable diseases.
