We have an exciting opportunity for a Solutions Architect to be part of our Mission Solutions team in Chantilly, VA. In this role, you will leverage emerging technologies and technical capabilities to assist our clients in overcoming their toughest challenges. You will collaborate with business development teams and subject matter experts to craft innovative and tailored solutions for proposals, research projects, and program execution.

The Solutions Architect will report to the CTO of the Mission Solutions Business Area and will focus on delivering solutions characterized by foresight and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive innovation across domains such as cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, digital engineering, systems engineering, and data science.
  • Shape technical solutions around IT automation, AI/ML Cyber, and advanced technologies to enhance project outcomes.
  • Apply technical expertise to promote innovative solutions within proposals and R&D initiatives.
  • Collaborate with specialists across technical areas to ensure differentiation and innovation in proposals.
  • Engage with program teams and leadership to identify technological roadmaps that enhance capabilities and client satisfaction.
  • Support Business Development by shaping technical solutions, preparing estimates, and contributing to RFIs and RFP responses.
  • Strengthen ongoing programs through technological applications and innovation by collaborating with operations teams and leveraging existing solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related STEM field. Additional experience will also be considered.
  • Prior technical engineering experience on government contracts or similar projects.
  • Awareness of key technology providers that enhance our offerings.
  • Experience as a solutions architect or technical volume lead for proposals.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
  • US citizenship with an active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical proficiency in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI.
  • Experience contributing to technical proposals and presentations.
  • Ability to conduct research on new technologies to inform solution development.
  • Proven experience working collaboratively with suppliers on proposals.

Pay Range: Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00

The pay range for this role represents a general guideline and is not a guaranteed salary. Compensation decisions are influenced by job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal benchmarking.
