What You'll Do:
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) with a creative, community-focused voice
• Coordinate monthly ad campaigns (digital, print, radio, OEM co-op)
• Design and/or oversee creative for graphics, banners, flyers, and email newsletters
• Assist with community events, sponsorships, and promotional opportunities
• Monitor ad performance and track ROI to adjust strategy
• Capture and share customer moments, behind-the-scenes dealership life, and real-time inventory content
• Collaborate with the leadership team to keep messaging aligned with brand goals
What We're Looking For:
• 1-3 years of marketing, advertising, or communications experience (dealership experience a plus)
• Strong social media and content creation skills
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Understanding of digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google, etc.) a big plus
• Solid communication and organization skills
• Self-starter who wants to grow with a stable company
• Passion for community and local culture-we want someone who "gets" Acadiana
