TRC IS HIRING MAINTENANCE SHIFT LEADS IN WHITE, GA Job Title: Maintenance Shift Lead The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance and managing personnel. As a key member of the team, the Shift Leader will ensure the smooth operation of all equipment and lead technicians in performing their duties effectively. Schedule: Training: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (2 Months+) After Training: 6PM-6:30AM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule Pay: $29.50 + $1.00 (Once you start on Night Shift)
Roles and Responsibilities: As a Maintenance Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities operate at peak performance. Your leadership will guide our maintenance team in achieving our high standards of reliability and safety. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily maintenance operations and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborating with team members to identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
- Conducting regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Leading and mentoring a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinating with other departments to support operational goals and enhance overall productivity.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and reporting on team performance.
Experience Level: Preferred experience level is 5 to 8 years in maintenance or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
