Responsibilities As the Infrastructure Operations Manager , you will act as a model of customer service excellence to all organizational staff members as part of DISA's J6 Service Delivery contract. You will support and oversee operations in a mission-critical communications environment. This role is ideal for a technical professional with strong leadership capabilities and hands-on experience managing tech control operations. Rapid Response Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification is required. Highlights of Responsibilities: Maintain the operational status of the Tech Control facility, ensuring system readiness and continuity. Operate and maintain Tech Control equipment, including: Switches Encryption devices Network Operation Consoles Circuits Supervise and guide Tech Control personnel on day-to-day tasks and larger operational efforts. Provide Tier 2 Tech Control Helpdesk support, troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues. Ensure compliance with standards outlined in DISAC 310-175-9. Deliver technical direction and supervision in coordinating, restoring, and reporting on transmission paths and facility operations. Prepare and present technical and status reports to senior leadership with professionalism and clarity. Qualifications Requirements: Shall possess a TOP SECRET w/ SCI Eligible security clearance Strong customer service orientation. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to conduct research into PC and software issues and products as required. Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. Highly self-motivated and directed. Keen attention to detail. Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience. 5 or more years managing and operating cryptographic facilities. Required Certifications: Rapid Response Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)
Preferred Certifications : HDI, A+, ITIL v4, MCSA/MCSE or related certifications relevant to this position's roles/responsibilities
