As an Infrastructure Engineer Principal, you will be part of the IT Department supporting various technology initiatives. What's the Job? - Perform and lead complex infrastructure project assignments.
- Plan, research, evaluate, design, and analyze performance of complex infrastructure systems.
- Provide advanced technical support and analysis, operation, administration, and troubleshooting activities.
- Prepare cost estimates, justifications, application requirements, alternative solutions, and technical recommendations.
- Prepare technical documentation including procedures, manuals, reports, and standards.
What's Needed? - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
- 7 years of relevant work experience in infrastructure engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of end-user technologies including Windows 10 and 11, Virtual Desktops, and MacOS.
- Strong experience with vulnerability management and remediation.
- Ability to mentor and provide technical leadership to team members.
