We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer who has expertise with maintaining, maturing, and modernizing hybrid office infrastructure solutions in Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, and AWS. As a key member of HealthMark' s SecOps engineering team, you will be focused on building out the IT infrastructure that helps our employees work more efficiently and securely.
The Infrastructure Engineer must be able to prioritize well, communicate clearly, have a consistent track record of delivery, and excellent engineering skills. Creative engineering balanced with high quality and a customer focus. Must be able to work across multiple facets of the project and juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time. Strong analytic capability, the ability to create innovative solutions, and be ability to work with customers to solve networking and deployment issues. PRIMARY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Designing, building, managing, maintaining, and securing HMG's hybrid office infrastructure (endpoints, servers, virtual machines, containers, endpoint management/endpoint detection and response tools, identity management, traditional and cloud networking)
- Ensure hybrid infrastructure performance, uptime, and scale
- Secure hybrid infrastructure in accordance with security policies
- Work with IT support and Operations teams to implement and improve repeatable, scalable, and automatable processes for onboarding and offboarding of users, deploying user software, and managing hybrid infrastructure
- Be a persistent, creative problem solver
- Maintaining an eye toward security, scalability, performance, and maintainabilityAnticipate future needs and guide design decisions to meet them
- Participating in a mostly remote, results-driven working environment
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:- 8+ years of professional infrastructure experience
- 3+ years of Microsoft Entra/Azure Active Directory experience; architecting, designing, developing, and implementing hybrid solutions
- Understanding of and experience with the five pillars of a well-architected framework
- Strong Windows server administration skills, including Active Directory and Identity Access Management
- In-depth knowledge of endpoint management solutions for both workstations and servers, including tools like Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and Server Manager
- Proficiency with endpoint detection and response tools such as CrowdStrike Falcon, Sentinel One, and Microsoft Defender
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as python and PowerShell
- Proficiency with Api-driven automation solutions
- Expertise in securing hybrid infrastructure and implementing security tooling
- Strong awareness of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Results Oriented
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:- Microsoft Certifications pertaining to Active Directory and Microsoft365 environments
- 2+ years of AWS Cloud experience; developing, supporting, and implementing cloud solutions on AWS platforms
- AWS Associate or Specialty certifications
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- Healthcare industry experience
