Job Details

Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, IT, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
Expertise in IT infrastructure and cloud technologies, including Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, M365, SQL Server, SharePoint, etc.
Advanced networking experience supporting a multi-office WAN environment, including designing, implementing, and maintaining WAN infrastructure and network security using Cisco Meraki.
Strong PowerShell scripting skills for task automation and large-scale environment management.
Experience with SCCM/Intune for application deployment and OSD.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes.
Familiarity with ITIL and experience working with ITSM systems for incident tracking and management.
