As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will work alongside highly skilled IT professionals to design, manage, and maintain a robust virtualized and networked infrastructure. How you will contribute: - Design, deploy, and manage VMware environments
- Optimize and maintain server infrastructure to support business operations
- Oversee computer provisioning, patch management, and system updates
- Implement and monitor backup strategies to ensure business continuity
- Document infrastructure processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
- Support and maintain network security components, including firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols
- Build high availability, performance, and scalability of systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years or more of experience in IT infrastructure, specializing in virtualized environments
- Associate degree or Equivalent Industry Experience
- Strong foundation in networking and hardware design
- Understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and general network security best practices
Preferred Qualifications - 5 years or more of experience in IT infrastructure, specializing in VMware
- Experience with provisioning computers, patch management, and system security
- Familiarity with VMware Horizons and remote desktop solutions
- Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP), CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA
