Job Description Join BAE Systems' as an Infrastructure and Deployment Subject Matter Expert, to be part of a diverse and enthusiastic team who solves some of the world's most complex technical challenges directly supporting national security. The role supports the 'Sentinel' Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Program replacing the aging Minuteman III (MMIII) ICBM. The position will be based at Hill AFB, Utah with opportunity for travel to sites as needed. The role, provides advice and support for acquisition and production activities to support the next generation ICBM. Duties will include providing advice and counsel to Sentinel Branch leaders while assisting integrated product teams (IPT) with proper Schedule, Cost & Performance integration and reporting on all aspects of throughout the acquisition cycle. Specifically, the position will be responsible for, but not limited to: Developing and implementing IPT integration and reporting structures Conducting gap analysis process optimization, and risk mitigation efforts to enhance Branch efficiency and integration Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders to develop training programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices that reinforce knowledge continuity and workforce readiness. Prepare and deliver high-level briefings, white papers, and reports that inform Branch leadership on sustainment strategies, program effectiveness, and operational enhancements. Ensure full compliance with DoD regulations, policies, and security protocols, leveraging industry best practices to strengthen mission execution Mentoring IPT leads on proper Cost, Schedule & Performance focused project management Support project programming, planning, and reporting efforts by guiding the team to develop schedules, collect requirements, and produce reporting products. Required Education, Experience, & Skills 10+ years relevant experience; 8+ years with a master's degree Extensive previous government experience within the DoD ICBM activation and integrated master schedule experience Experience managing and deconflicting multiple interdependent weapon system schedules Experience in managing program(s) schedule; dependencies, integration, conflicts, and risks Experience with Integrated Product Team coordination and managing project interdependencies Experience identifying and addressing problems, opportunities and risks Experience with stakeholder communications, negotiations, and problem-solving Must have current Secret security clearance (adjudicated within the past 6 years) or higher and be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and all required Special Program accesses Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills ICBM experience Contracting Officer / Contracting Officer Representative experience USAF / DOD Acquisition experience Earned Value Management System experience Experience on an ACAT I program or similar PMP certification Min Salary $120,000 - $204,000
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $120000 - $204000 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
