INFRASTRUCTURE APPLICATION AND DATABASE SME - LEAD - ORACLE EBS / ERP - SECRET / DoD - DAI Location: Ft. Belvoir, VA (Hybrid) Clearance: Current and active Secret clearance required. Overview: Provides support, analysis and research into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to the subject matter. Serves as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives. Thinks independently and demonstrates exceptional written and oral communications skills. Has strong command of the English language. Applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious. Administers and troubleshoots Oracle EBS Financial ERP, Oracle Database, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Single Sign-On (SSO)/Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Hyperion, Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) software, Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK), and Oracle Governance, Risk, Compliance tools, and cloning. Implements Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC), Active Dataguard, Golden Gate, and database performance tuning within the Oracle EBS environment. Provides technical writing to ensure all reports and deliverables are delivered with timeliness and quality to the government. Minimum Experience: Ten (10) years relevant experience with the above highlighted technologies. Experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service on an Oracle EBS 12.2 or higher. Active and current Secret security clearance. DoD 8570.01-M Certification: DFARS Information Assurance Contractor DAI experience preferred Bachelor's degree preferred DoD 8570.01-M Certification: DFARS Information Assurance Contractor Training and Certification is required for this position. o IA Technical (IAT)/IA Management (IAM) Level: IAT Level II o IA Baseline Certification: Attachment 3 DOD 8570 Approved Baseline Certifications Full o CE/OS Certificate: Attachment 4 DLA Approved CS CE List v28 .
