Infrastructure Administrator We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Administrator with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, Azure Cloud architecture, Networking, Windows Server administration, and Cybersecurity best practices. This role is critical in managing and maintaining hybrid infrastructure environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of key business systems.

Key Responsibilities 1. Azure Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure
  • Design, implement, and manage Azure-based infrastructure, including Azure AD, Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, and Resource Groups.
  • Integrate on-premises infrastructure with Azure in a hybrid environment.
  • Implement security policies, identity management, and role-based access control (RBAC) within Azure.
  • Optimize cost management, automation, and performance tuning in Azure.
2. Windows Server Administration
  • Maintain Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022), including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPOs), and file services.
  • Perform server health monitoring, patch management, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Ensure regular system updates and capacity planning.
3. Networking & Connectivity
  • Configure and manage LAN/WAN, VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and network segmentation.
  • Work with firewalls, load balancers, and network appliances to enhance security and performance.
  • Collaborate with MSPs, CSPs, and third-party vendors for network troubleshooting and provisioning.
4. Cybersecurity & Compliance
  • Implement security protocols, endpoint protection, firewalls, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • Monitor for vulnerabilities, apply remediations, and enforce security baselines.
  • Assist with audits, compliance (ISO, NIST, GDPR, etc.), and security awareness training.
  • Administer SIEM solutions, conduct log analysis, and generate security reports.
5. Monitoring & Incident Management
  • Use tools like Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Monitor, System Center (SCOM), and third-party monitoring solutions.
  • Perform regular system health checks and proactive performance tuning.
  • Respond to alerts, troubleshoot incidents, and conduct root cause analysis.
6. Collaboration & Productivity Tools
  • Administer and support SharePoint (Online & On-Prem), Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
  • Manage document repositories and content management workflows.
  • Provide support and integration for business applications and collaboration platforms.
7. Additional Responsibilities
  • Maintain IT documentation, including procedures, configurations, and change logs.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated IT issues.
  • Participate in IT project planning, upgrades, migrations, and system rollouts.
  • Support remote access tools and mobile device management (Intune, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience as a System Administrator in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong expertise in Azure IaaS/PaaS, Azure Active Directory, and Windows Server OS.
  • Proficiency in networking concepts and security architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Experience with enterprise firewalls, VPN concentrators, and endpoint security solutions.
  • Knowledge of SIEM tools, patch management, vulnerability scanning, and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint administration and document management practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Certifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
  • CompTIA Security+ / Network+
  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or equivalent
  • Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking certification
