Position - Infra Project Manager

Location - Alpharetta, GA (Onsite)

Duration - Fulltime/Contract Position

Responsibilities for IT infrastructure project manager

• Plan, organize, manage and communicate the activities to ensure the project objectives meet to client satisfaction, team and executive.
• Ensure good management of activities, quality deliverables and use of the CGI quality processes (CPMF)
• Ensure time charged by members applied to the appropriate task and control the project budget.
• Complete satisfaction surveys with the client upon project completion and obtain signoff.
• Obtain engagement and approvals by all players.
• Maintain the healthy management of your project by mitigating risks and defining resolution plans for addressing issues.
• Ensure your projects are auditable (CGI quality processes applied)
• Contribute to client satisfaction appraisal throughout the delivery of your projects.
• Obtain, validate and understand the cost model and project profit margin for every project you are assigned.
• To ensure that the project team has the necessary skills and resources available to deliver the projects.

Qualifications for IT infrastructure project manager

• Work in/with a Project Management Office
• Navigate SAP for financial and purchasing data.
• Track and monitor detailed project financials (Capital Expenditures vs Operational Expenditures) with very little financial analyst assistance.
• Has led projects from start to finish (full project life cycle) including implementation of infrastructure and/or software and closed project out.
• 3+ years infrastructure/networking/desktop project experience
• Ability to develop formulas, pivot tables, and complex charts in Excel.
