The Alexander Technology Group is looking for a Systems Analyst for a client in the Portsmouth, NH area.
This tier 2 analyst will resolve complex customer account support needs in the Managed Services department. This role is customer-facing and requires exceptional customer service skills.
Systems Analyst Responsibilities
- Process service requests as they arrive through direct client call, email, ticketing system, or face-to-face contact
- Identify and investigate client issues and provide immediate solutions when applicable
- Assist with new office builds
- Maintain client monitoring dashboards and reporting
- Assemble hardware and installs or deletes software
Technical skills (supporting):
- Networking (Routing/Switching/VPN)
- Identity management platforms (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Entra ID)
- Security, backups, disaster recovery
- Experience in Information Security domains such as information security governance, compliance, and regulations, as well as knowledge of frameworks like CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC, etc.
