Job Title: IT Systems Analyst
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid - 3 Days onsite)
Summary: We are seeking a results-driven IT Systems Analyst with a strong background in network security and firewall management. The ideal candidate will excel in problem-solving, communication, and project management to deliver optimal technology strategies and implementations.

- Manage and troubleshoot network and firewall configurations.
- Deploy and maintain local area networks (LAN) with wired and wireless solutions.
- Perform system upgrades, software installations, and data backups.
- Analyze and resolve PC and network connectivity issues.
- Utilize ticketing systems for technical support and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Should have 1year of experience in Networking and Data Security.
- ICND 1 Certification or equivalent knowledge in Networking.
- Experience using Splunk software to analyze log reports.
- Understanding of firewall configurations and IP Subnetting.
- Ability to use Skybox/Triton tools for firewall rule analysis.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team with remote colleagues.
