Title: Information Technology Support Specialist
Location: New York, NY, 10065
Shift: Mon - Fri, (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Duration: 35-Weeks Contract (Highly possibility of extension)
Pay Range: $20 to $23 per hour

Job Description:

• Provide desktop support for various operating systems (Windows, Apple) and manage end-user devices (laptops, phones, printers).

• Resolve technical issues with end users, ensuring timely and effective communication and service.

• Assist with special projects and support hardware/software installation and deployment.

• Maintain records of support requests, document solutions, and provide technical guidance to customers.

Required Skills:

• Technical certification or Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a related field (Preferred).

• At least 1 year of relevant desktop support work experience.

• Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Apple.

• Skilled in configuring and supporting endpoints (laptops, phones, printers) with strong writing abilities.

• Excellent customer service, able to manage technical issues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
