Job description: Responsibilities:
Support and maintain computer systems and peripherals by installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware.
Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues reported by users. Provide technical support and guidance to users. Assess. maintain, repair, upgrade and install computer hardware. Assist in the implementation of software upgrades and enhancements. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is REQUIRED
MUST HAVE A COVID CARD ( IT IS A HOSPITAL REQUIREMENT TO WORK THERE)
Proficiency in computer operating systems, such as MS Windows, MAC OS, and Linux. Proven experience as a Hardware Technical Analyst or similar role Good understanding of computer equipment, including laptops, servers, printers, and routers.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
