IT Support Analyst/Service Desk Engineer will provide technical assistance and support of computers, laptops, printers, departmental applications, and local area networks through remote and onsite services. You will research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade desktop software and hardware, and operating systems.


Duration: 6 mo. CTH

Hours: 8-5 pm or 9-6 pm PT; 40 hours a week

  • Candidate needs to be onsite 100% for onboarding/training. 5-7 weeks
  • Hybrid: 3-4 days onsite. Exact schedule will be determined after initial training period

Key Responsibilities IT Support Analyst/Service Desk Engineer:

  • At least 3-4+ years of experience within a Helpdesk or Service Desk environment
  • 4+ years' experience supporting desktop and application technologies required such as Dell desktops/laptops, Lenovo laptops, HP Printers, (Datamax printers/ handheld scanners) a plus, not required.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required
  • Help Desk support phone and remote for a mixed environment of Win 7 and Win 10 devices -Provided support for Office 365 and Active Directory management
  • Ability to troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS - Provided support for Remote Desktop, VDI and Citrix applications
  • Provided support applications and accounts in Citrix/ Assist remote users with VPN login issues, printing and software updates
  • Manage user accounts and computer requests through Active Directory
  • Internet Explorer, Chrome, HTML, Win install, internet/intranet support issues -Help Desk Incident Management Software
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Problem Solving - Ability to problem solve through problem identification (what is the problem), solution assessment (what can be done), problem documentation (document for future) and problem response (implementing a solution)
