Description: An industrial computing company in San Diego, CA is hiring an IT Specialist to maintain and improve the technical systems and database to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work. The IT Specialist keeps the organizations files and information safe and secure. This role will assist with design, development, training, implementation, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of the ERP system and engineering software tools. The IT Specialist should also interpret what users need and translate into a solution. They will be responsible for reviewing diagnostics and assessing the functionality/efficiency of systems, implementing security measures, monitor security certificates and company compliance requirements, and offer ad hoc technical support to staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of applicable IT experience
- Experience managing a company's ERP system (ideally Infor/ CloudSuite Industrial).
- Programming experience with SQL and JSON
- Willing and able to work on-site in Escondido, CA office
Nice to Have Requirements:
- Database experience with MogoDB/Mongoose
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
