Job Summary ITS Manager is responsible for day-to-day supervision of the Clinical Informatics and Technical Teams. Manges multiple complex technology projects for the organization. Planning and coordinating organizational Clinical Informatics and Technical Teams. Oversee the day-to-day operations of all related Information Technology Systems (ITS). This role ensures the effective allocation of resources, adherence to clinical informatics/technical/security best practices, and the provision of high-level assistance to the team.
Compensation We are committed to providing wage ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on FTE, experience, education and internal equity considerations. The wage range for this position is $106,974-$151,028 annually. This range reflects the base salary for this position.
Key Accountabilities - Initiate and maintain approved project management processes and tools, ensuring their application to assigned projects. Includes monitoring and analyzing project metrics and results, applying learnings to assigned projects.
- Coordinate and participate in projects to design, develop, program, test, install, and maintain specialized HIS operations.
- Collaborate with ITS Director to develop, define and manage strategic and operational goals.
- Works closely with ITS Director defining, building and maintaining staff, operational and capital budgets.
- Works closely with ITS Director to complete the Clinical Informatics and Technical Team annual performance evaluations, including defining and assisting with personal goals.
- Administer HIS clinical systems, including EHR, other related clinical systems.
- Administer HIS technical systems, including interfaces, interoperability systems, service desk and other related systems.
- Communicate effectively with senior management, process owners, stakeholders, and other audiences.
- Provide effective provisioning, installation/configuration, and operation of systems and network infrastructure.
- Coordinate upgrades or maintenance of internal systems, including managed services vendors.
- Assist the ITS Director with developing and enforcing security policies for all IT systems and services.
- Responsible for delivering advice and direction to Clinical Informatics and Technical Teams.
- Assist the ITS Director with developing and maintaining best practice standards, documentation for the Clinical Informatics and Technical Teams.
- Manage team members of HIS operations and provide training, guidance, and support.
Required Qualifications - Associate, Bachelor's in a related field or equivalent work-related experience.
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience managing multiple and/or complex projects.
- Minimum 5 years of Healthcare Information Systems experience.
- Excellent written and communication skills.

Schedule - 80hrs/2wks
- 8:00am-5:00pm
- Call required for a week every 11 weeks
