IT Communications and Executive Assistant
Job Summary
- Location: On-site (not remote)
- Reports to: Strategic Communications Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan official functions (e.g., IT Board meetings)
- Create and publish IT Board packets (resolutions, reports, presentations)
- Develop content for IT Advisory Council and IT Functional Group meetings
- Create and review customer satisfaction surveys
- Manage social media content for ISA's technical initiatives
- Handle sensitive and confidential information for social media posts
- Greet visitors and answer calls
- Identify vendors and solicit proposals
- Schedule travel and lodging for agency leaders
- Manage appointments, meetings, and calendars for the CIO
- Oversee office operations and administrative duties
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Manage office budget and expenditures
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain confidentiality of all information
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of office management experience
- Attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and financial software
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in administration, communications, or related field
