The IT Manager
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing IT project management/execution, strategy and operations, database administration, network security, consultant management, Microsoft 365 cloud solutions management, compliance with industry standards, and IT infrastructure development. The position requires effective collaboration with consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the IT Manager Position
- 7+ years of experience in a management-level position in Information Technology / Information Systems is required
- 5+ years of experience working in the construction industry is required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related degree
- Experience monitoring and managing IT system development and upgrades
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
