Security Clearance Required: Eligible for Top Secret Clearance
Primary Responsibilities:
Management and oversight of IT team and of the company's technology infrastructure.
Management of Microsoft (MS) Azure environment and its integration with IT infrastructure.
Oversee IT team's training and development ensuring staff is current with industry standards and compliance requirements.
Contribute to maintenance and communication of company IT policies ensuring current with industry standards and compliance requirements.
Monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure assets.
Monitor company compliance with NIST 800-171and industry best practices.
Optimize company's Azure ecosystem.
Tasks Performed:
Demonstrated Knowledge:
Set clear priorities, goals and deadlines for IT team and manage accountability.
Work hands-on with IT team, vendors and MS to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Perform hands-on MS Azure configurations
Ensuring IT team adherence to regulatory and company standards.
Contribute to the company's Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)
Required Education: Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology field from an accredited college or university.
Experience:
Candidate must have at least ten (10) years of IT experience.
Advanced Azure knowledge of ecosystem and practical application to enhance the IT operations is desired.

Allowable Experience/Education Substitutions: Experience cannot be substituted for education.
Security Clearance Required: Eligible for Top Secret Clearance.
