We are seeking a motivatedData Analytics Internto support our team in analyzing and managing data, assisting with system operations, and contributing to research and reporting efforts. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested indata analytics, IT systems, and business intelligence.
Essential Functions
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support decision-making.
• Conduct research and generate reports using data visualization tools.
• Support data validation efforts to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential data inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize data processes and workflows.
• Assist in software and hardware updates as needed.

Minimum Qualifications, Additional Requirements and Supervisory Responsibilities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework inData Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity withdata analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar)is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and communicate data insights effectively.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess a valid Arkansas Class D (Non-Commercial Vehicle) Driver's License before employment and maintain licensure for the duration of employment in this position.

Ability to read and interpret technical computer operations and software application manuals.
Ability to investigate problems with microcomputer applications software.
Ability to convey technical issues and solutions to non-technical users.
