We are seeking an exceptional, motivated, and experienced Information Technology professional to support our growing business.

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team in a full-time role, providing essential technical support for our medical office. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment while ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with user login creation, password resets, and account management

• Provide basic networking support and troubleshoot connectivity issues

• Maintain and support office computers, printers, and other IT equipment

• Provide website support and minor updates as needed

• Support medical applications, including EHR/EMR systems and other healthcare software

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner

• Collaborate with third-party vendors when necessary for advanced IT support

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in IT support, preferably in a healthcare setting

• Familiarity with medical applications, EHR/EMR systems, and HIPAA compliance is a plus

• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues

• Ability to work independently and support multiple users efficiently

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
