Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead and manage all aspects of technology across our organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing an Information Technology strategy, maintaining secure and scalable infrastructure, and providing daily support to ensure smooth operations across departments. The ideal candidate is a versatile, hands-on leader with experience managing cloud systems, Microsoft Tenant and Systems, Apple Business Manager, Mobile Device Management, HRIS platforms, and CRM systems.
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00

Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy - Develop and execute the company's IT strategy to support current operations and future growth.
- Serve as the primary decision-maker for all IT systems, policies, and procedures.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team on technology, security, and innovation.
- Build and manage third-party vendors as needed.
Infrastructure & Systems Management - Oversee company-wide infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, workstations, and mobile devices.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments.
- Implement and support Apple Business Manager for iOS/iPadOS device enrollment and management.
- Manage backups, software updates, and endpoint protection across all devices and platforms.
Platform & Application Support - Serve as the primary admin or internal liaison for business-critical applications, including:
- Salesforce CRM: user access, permissions, integrations, and general support.
- HRIS systems: (e.g., Paycor) - assist with configuration, access, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems: (e.g., PandaDoc) - support legal and operations teams with configuration and maintenance.
- NetSuite ERP: provide front-line support for users, manage roles and permissions, coordinate with vendors or consultants on integrations and customizations, and help generate reports or dashboards as needed.
Mobile Device & Apple Ecosystem Management - Configure, manage, and support iOS and iPadOS devices using Apple Business Manager and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Ensure devices are enrolled, secure, compliant, and easy to use for field staff or remote users.
Security & Compliance - Lead cybersecurity efforts, including risk assessment, user training, and incident response planning.
- Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, depending on industry).
- Manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- End-User Support & Training
- Ensure timely support and training for employees on IT tools and best practices.
- Implement processes for help desk support, troubleshooting, and user onboarding/offboarding.
- Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage relationships with IT vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Oversee IT budgeting, licensing, asset procurement, and cost control.
- Project Management
- Lead and execute company-wide technology projects, such as software implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in IT roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager, MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune), and iOS/iPadOS support.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and general Salesforce admin tasks.
- Exposure to HRIS and CLM systems (user management, integrations, workflows).
- Solid understanding of networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, and SaaS platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Apple, Salesforce Admin) are a plus.
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds (e.g., servers, monitors, networking hardware).
