seeking a customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support via phone.
The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, documenting incidents, and delivering excellent customer service.
Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of experience in a fast-paced IT environment and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide phone-based technical support and resolve user issues
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and peripheral issues
Document incidents accurately in tracking systems
Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when needed
Qualifications:
2-5 years of IT support experience
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to work independently and under pressure
