We're seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience in supporting Windows operating systems and desktop applications. In this role, you'll be responsible for a wide range of technical tasks including software installation, system updates, troubleshooting, and remote support. You'll work with minimal supervision and ensure all technical issues are resolved efficiently and documented properly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day desktop support for Windows-based systems.
  • Install and update applications and system patches.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to OS updates and system performance.
  • Remove outdated or vulnerable software from user machines.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and remediation using remote access tools.
  • Act as a liaison with technical vendors when needed.
  • Document work and resolutions for future reference.
  • Follow established quality standards and IT best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving.
  • Communicate effectively with users and team members, both verbally and in writing
