Contract Position: 6 months

Location: Onsite in Fremont, CA 94538

Pay: Up to $35 an hour, W2


Essential Duties/Responsibilities:


Process Invoices: All the IT Recurring invoices needed to be processed. This includes receiving invoices from company mailbox or downloading them from the vendor website. Review them and submit them in the Office Automation (OA) system to make sure the process is completed.

Procurement: All the items needed for IT like Laptops/Accessories/equipment needed to be purchased. The tasks include getting quotes from multiple vendors, setting up vendors in the system, and managing payments.

IT Asset Management: Each asset move must be documented using the OA Form to generate the requests

IT Asset Disposal

Vendor Management

Manage Contracts

IT Services renewal

Document all the processes in these areas mentioned above

Support IT project management


Requirements: Education/Qualification/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience:


An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field

Previous 3-5 years of professional experience in IT Administrative support roles is preferred.

Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.


Desirable Characteristics:


Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and project management tools.

Experience with inventory and asset management software.

Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple problems simultaneously

Creative thinking for implementing efficient IT solutions

Clear verbal and written communication for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users

Team collaboration to support IT and administrative operations
