Join our team and new contract award supporting the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) Homeland Defense - Integrated Air Defense Systems (HD-IADS) mission. Our team delivers network and management configuration support to the Joint Air Defense Operations Center (JADOC-D) Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Visit the following link for more information about how Serco supports our Veterans . In this role, you will: Maintain and sustain a robust local area network (LAN)/wide area network (WAN). Utilize Tactical Local Area Network Encryption (TACLANE). Provide network administration, network management, hardware/network integration, network configuration, and systems administration for the Ground Circuit Initiative (GCI) networks at the JADOC. Manage and configure network devices such as Routers, Switches, Firewalls and Aps. Execute Type 1 security level encrypted environment support. Get to know your recruiter: Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have: A U.S. citizenship. An active DoD Secret Clearance. A Security+ certification. A Cisco Certified Network Associates (CCNA), CCNP, or equivalent. A Bacholars degree is required, plus a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ability to conduct rotating Shift Work. The ability to travel up to 10%. Additional desired experience and skills: Air defense military experience A Cisco Certified Network Associates (CCNA), CCNP, or equivalent.
