Triaplex, Inc. is looking for an
Information Systems Security Engineer to join our team. This position will support and influence a number of software and system deployments. Familiarity or prior experience as a Systems Administrator or Systems Engineer is desired to enhance the engineer's perspective on customer needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities - Utilize Risk Management Framework (RMF) process and procedures to assist system development and accreditation.
- Interpret Security Directives, Policies, Publications, and Regulations.
- Provide guidance on applying security directives and policies to Systems Engineers, System Administration, and System Owners.
- Review and vailidate system Vulnerability Scans
- Collaborate with System owners to flush out, implement, and verify security requirements to ensure compliance.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- At least 10 years' previous experience as an ISSO, ISSE/ISSM in the cybersecurity field
- Five years' additional relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
- TS/SCI with polygraph
- Required Technical Certifications:
- DoD 8570.01 IASAE LvL 2 Compliant Certification
- CISSP Certification
Desired Skillsets - Experience with NIST 800-53 security control implementations, policies, and self testing
- Experience with RMF policies and procedures specific to mission customers.
