Under the general supervision of the Information Security Officer and Chief Information Officer, the Graduate Student Assistant performs a variety of duties in support of Cybersecurity and Information Technology Help Desk functions; supports scripting and programming for Cybersecurity automation; helps in establishing Cybersecurity inventories (both hardware and software); assists in performing routine Help Desk ticket tasks.
