Pay Range: $70 - $74/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling, user-friendly dashboards focused on cybersecurity metrics, alerts, and trends
- Collaborate with cybersecurity analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into dashboard specifications
- Oversee implementation and test if the implemented report / dashboard fulfils the design requirements; conduct user acceptance tests; test and validate data correctness
- Propose targets and thresholds for reports / dashboards by evaluating existing data and determine required progress considering feasibility; support alignment of proposed targets and thresholds with stakeholders and support endorsement in DBs
- Support go-live activities by preparing training material and communication to stakeholders
- Manage the "dashboard development book of work" determining clear timelines for all tasks and work packages and provide regular updates on progress (project management)
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Dashboard Design
- BI/Data Visualization
- Cybersecurity
- Proficiency in one or more BI/data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Client, Kibana)
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and KPIs (e.g., MITRE Client&CK, NIST, CIS Controls)
- Strong skills in data storytelling and user-centric design
- Ability to translate complex technical data into actionable visual formats
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent written and spoken English skills
- Ability to work in a team and focus on results
- Analytical competence and high communicative skills across all hierarchical levels
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, or data visualization certifications).
- Experience working in SOC environments or with incident response teams.
