Year Up United offers a transformative, intensive job training experience designed for young adults seeking to build their careers. This program is less than a year long and includes skill development through classroom training, access to internships, job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Additionally, participants receive an educational stipend.
Our program seamlessly blends technical and professional training with opportunities for internships and job placement support facilitated by our esteemed talent placement firm, YUPRO Placement. Participants may have the chance to intern at renowned organizations, including Microsoft, Accenture, Salesforce, and Seattle Children's Hospital.
Are you eligible? You can apply to Year Up United if you meet the following criteria:
- A high school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday for the program duration
- Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
- Be prepared to answer additional screening questions when applying
What will you gain? Participants will develop professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking abilities, resume-building techniques, and receive ongoing support and guidance to successfully launch their careers. During the internship phase, Year Up United students earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.
