The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

1. Managing InfoSec Identity Management requests through the Ivanti ticketing system

2. Active Directory account creation/deletion

3. Active Directory group membership management

4. Active directory file share permission management

5. Privileged account management Expertise and/or relevant experience
