AIS is seeking an Information Management Professional to support the Quality Management System programs for three Centers in Facilities & Infrastructure. This includes document and records management. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today. This Hybrid position requires that you live within commuting distance from Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities The job would be categorizing, organizing, and managing information through the full information lifecycle from creation to final archive. It would include facilitating the flow of information, either electronically or procedural, within the F&I organizations while integrating with technical staff and Documents Lead. They would be asked to accurately translate and distill complicated technical issues into information solutions and to disseminate information while maintaining security. Qualifications Bachelors Degree
Active DOE L-clearance (minimum) 2 years Information Management experience
Desired Qualification: Sandia Specific Experience Preferred
Physical Demands: If you have a Medical Portable Electronic Device (MedPED), such as a pacemaker, defibrillator, drug-releasing pump, hearing aids, or diagnostic equipment and other equipment for measuring, monitoring, and recording body functions such as heartbeat and brain waves, if employed by Sub-contractor you may be required to comply with NNSA security requirements for MedPEDs.
If you have a MedPED and you are selected for an on-site interview at Sub-contractor, there may be additional steps necessary to ensure compliance with NNSA security requirements prior to the interview date.
