Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer and Certified Great Place to Work Job Overview: ASRC Federal is seeking a highly skilled Information Functional Analyst 3 to support International Armaments Cooperation (IAC) initiatives. The selected candidate will provide expertise in international agreements, negotiations, and co-development of new technology in compliance with U.S. government regulations and security cooperation policies. This position is contingent upon a final contract award. Key Responsibilities: Provide analytical support for International Armaments Cooperation (IAC) initiatives. Assist in the development, negotiation, and execution of international agreements. Support and provide guidance on co-development efforts for new technology with international partners. Ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulations regarding security cooperation and technology transfer. Maintain accurate documentation and reports on international agreements and program statuses. Collaborate with government agencies, military officials, and industry stakeholders to support security cooperation needs and translate them into functional requirements for IT systems. Qualifications: Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. However, this requirement may be waived if the candidate possesses at least ten (10) years of applied security cooperation experience while serving as a uniformed member of the armed forces. Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of experience in International Armaments Cooperation (IAC). Technical Expertise: Working knowledge of international agreements, negotiations, and co-development of new technology. Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of security cooperation policies, technology transfer laws, and international collaboration procedures. Clearance: Secret required. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience supporting government contracts within the defense sector. Familiarity with U.S. security cooperation and international defense policies. Experience working with DoD agencies, Army programs, or international security cooperation initiatives.
